Update on Timing of Full Year Results Announcement

PCI-PAL plc (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, announces an update regarding the timing of the publication of its final results for the year ended 30 June 2026 (“FY26”).

Whilst the preparation of the Group’s annual report and accounts is advanced, more time is required to finalise the assessment of certain revenue recognition and related matters as part of the Company’s year-end audit process.  As a result, the Company is not yet in a position to confirm a publication date for its FY26 results.  A further update will be provided as soon as a revised publication date can be confirmed.

Based on the work completed to date, and further to the Company’s trading update of 28 July 2026, the Board remains confident in the Company’s financial performance and, subject to audit, now expects ARR and Contracted ARR to have increased further to approximately £24.8 million and £27.9 million respectively. Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA are expected to be no less than the previously indicated levels of £24.6 million and £1.1 million, respectively.
