PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, has been notified that Carolyn (Cally) Rand, Non-Executive Director, purchased 8,608 Ordinary Shares at a price of 58.1 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 August 2026. As a result of this transaction Carolyn Rand's beneficial interest in the Company increases to 16,130 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
