Partners Group Private Equity Limited
NAV decreased by 2.3% in June
· NAV decreased to EUR 11.57 per share, corresponding to EUR 776.09 million
· Portfolio revaluations (-3.2%) slightly offset by positive currency movements (0.9%)
· EUR 8.5 million received in distributions, largely driven by proceeds from the realization of a healthcare investment
· As of 30 June 2026, PGPE Ltd had cash and cash equivalents of EUR 51.15 million and EUR 150 million undrawn credit facility
During the month, the NAV of PGPE Ltd declined by 2.3%, primarily due to the revaluation of Ammega, a global leader in mission-critical industrial power transmission, and Emeria, a leading European real estate services provider.
The decreased valuation of Ammega reflects trading conditions that remained subdued operationally. Partners Group continues to work closely with the board and management to sustain margins through operational initiatives. Elsewhere, the company recently appointed a new Chief Commercial Officer responsible for developing product lines and key industry segments with a focus on sustainable growth and commercial excellence.
The decline in valuation for Emeria reflects weaker operating performance and a reduction in the valuation multiple applied in line with public market comparables. Emeria's operating performance improved in 2025 following a prolonged period of macro headwinds. However, 2026 was softer, reflecting the impact of businesses divested in 2025, prior-year client churn in its French Residential Real Estate Services (RRES) segment, and some renewed macroeconomic pressure. The company continues to roll out its new operating model within the French RRES business, alongside ongoing initiatives to support organic growth.
Meanwhile, Techem, a leading European sub-metering services provider, was the top contributor to value creation in June. The increase in valuation reflects the company's continued operational progress, with financial growth remaining positive, supported by strong sales and installation activity across the core energy services business. In addition, Techem announced the sale of Techem Solutions, its heat contracting business serving the German real estate sector, to Elevion Group in June 2026. The divestment further sharpens Techem's strategic focus on smart energy data management and energy efficiency solutions for buildings.
The portfolio also generated EUR 8.5 million in distributions during the month, largely comprising proceeds from the realization of a healthcare investment.
Additionally, PGPE Ltd remains committed to returning capital to shareholders. The Company paid EUR 22.3 million in dividends in June and utilized a further EUR 4.9 million for share buybacks during the month, with cash and cash equivalents standing at EUR 51.15 million as of 30 June 2026.
