Paragon Treasury Plc's parent company, Paragon Asra Housing Limited ('PA Housing'), announces as follows:

Further to our previous announcement in October 2025 regarding the planned departure of our Chief Executive, the Board confirms that Michael McDonagh will stand down from his role with effect from 30 September 2026. He will be replaced by Yvonne Arrowsmith as Interim Chief Executive. Michael will remain with PA Housing in an advisory capacity until 31 December 2026 to provide support and help ensure a smooth transition.

The Board expresses its thanks to Michael for his excellent work during four years at PA, culminating in our successful upgrade to C1 against the Regulator for Social Housing's consumer standards. 

Yvonne joins us as a highly experienced and respected sector CEO with recent interim assignments at several high-profile organisations.

Yvonne commented, "I am delighted to be joining PA Housing. As Interim CEO my immediate focus is to ensure stability for the organisation during this change.
