PA Housing Executive Changes

Paragon Asra Housing Limited ("PA Housing") is the parent company of Paragon Treasury Plc and a Registered Provider owning and managing over 24,600 homes in the East Midlands, London and Surrey.

PA Housing is announcing that following a decision to streamline the executive structure through the combination of two leadership roles as part of a broader cost efficiency programme, Jessica Friend will step down as Chief Financial Officer after a successful year in the role. The Board expresses its appreciation for her strong performance and contribution during a period of transition. Jessica will support an orderly handover of responsibilities to Simon Hatchman, who will assume the combined role of Executive Director of Resources.

The CEO, Michael McDonagh, will remain in post for an extended period to provide continuity as PA focuses on its journey to becoming C1 with the regulator of social housing.
