Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £1.00 each through Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies") over the period from 23 March 2026 to 26 March 2026, as part of the share buyback programme, of up to £50m, announced on 3 December 2025.

This completes the Company's share buyback programme of up to £50m announced on 3 December 2025.

 

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 9,176,056 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 188,228,904 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).  The figure of 188,228,904 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
