Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £1.00 each through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") over the period from 1 September 2026 to 7 September 2026, as part of the share buyback programme, of up to £50m, announced on 2 June 2026.
