SettleParadigm releases first financial statements since its merger in October 2025 

The annual report and financial statements for year ended 31 March 2026 are available for viewing on our website.

30 September 2026 - SettleParadigm reports a turnover of £211.3m for the full financial year ended 31 March 2026 following the merger of Paradigm Housing and Settle Group in October 2025. 

Since the merger, SettleParadigm now has 31,454 homes, largely across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. 

During the year, Paradigm Housing also welcomed residents in 3,500 homes in a stock transfer from L&Q. 

The Financial Statements released today show the group: 

·      Completed 617 new homes, supporting nearly 2,500 people into affordable housing 

·      Sold 304 shared ownership homes and 21 on the open market 

·      Invested more than £85m in maintaining and improving existing homes 

·      Carried out more than 113,000 repairs 

·      Handled over 282,000 contacts to its Customer Service teams 

·      Dealt with 1,816 ASB cases 

·      Worked with 6,000 residents on a number of projects including policy reviews, and shaping the repairs service 

·      Achieved an operating surplus of £65.6m and overall operating margin of 31.1%. 

Acting Chief Executive Nicola Ewen said: "The past year has been one of significant change for our organisation and I'm pleased that we have been able to maintain our consistent focus on delivering reliable services for residents. 

"With a technical fair value gain of £602.5m arising from Settle joining the Group, we have a strong robust balance sheet with substantial liquidity, covenant headroom and strong margins to take into the first full year of operation as a significantly larger organisation." 

SettleParadigm is rebranding as Lifestone Homes on 1 October.
