                                          COMPLETION OF TRANSFER OF ENGAGEMNTS

Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited (the Issuer)

£300,000,000 5.25 per cent. Secured Sustainability Bonds due 2044; and

£250,000,000 2.25 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2051

(the Bonds)

On 30 September 2026, Settle Group, which is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registration number 30003R, completed the transfer of all of its engagements to Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited (registration number 27789R).

On 1 October 2026, subject to registration by the Financial Conduct Authority, Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited will change its registered legal name to Lifestone Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited. Paradigm Housing Group Limited (registration number 28844R) will also change its legal name on 1 October 2026, subject to registration by the Financial Conduct Authority, to Lifestone Homes Limited.

This completes the final stage of the merger process, following Settle Group joining Paradigm Housing Group as a wholly owned subsidiary of Paradigm Housing Group Limited on 27 October 2025.
