Result of AGM

 

Panther Securities PLC announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.

Further to the Company's announcement of 28 April 2026, Non-Executive Directors Peter Kellner and Bryan Galan stepped down from the Board following the conclusion of the AGM.

The Board thanks Peter and Bryan for their many years of service to Panther and wishes them well for their future endeavours.
