Appointment of Finance Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Raphael Rotstein FCCA as the Group's Finance Director and an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Rotstein has served as Company Secretary since 2025 and the Group's non-Board Associate Finance Director since 2022, having originally joined in 2017. He held accounting roles at Silver Levene LLP from 2011 to 2017. Whilst working full-time, he graduated in 2014 with a University of London BSc (Hons) in Banking & Finance (2:1), under the academic direction of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He qualified as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2016 and is a Fellow of the Association (FCCA).

During his time with the Group, Raphael has gained extensive experience across the finance function, including financial reporting, treasury, audit, tax, banking relationships, payroll, corporate governance and Board reporting. He has also worked closely with the Company's auditors and professional advisers and has become an established member of Panther's senior management team.

Simon Peters will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer, having served as Finance Director since 2005.

Simon Peters, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"One of my objectives has always been to develop people within the business and create opportunities for them to progress. Since Raphael joined Panther in February 2017, I have worked closely with him and deliberately developed him with the aim that, if he continued to progress, he would one day be in a position to succeed me as Finance Director.  Over the past nine years he has built a broad understanding of the Group and has taken on increasing responsibility across the finance function. It gives me great pleasure to see him appointed as Finance Director, and I believe he is well prepared for this next step in his career.  I look forward to continuing to work closely with Raphael in my role as Chief Executive Officer and wish him every success in his new position."

Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, further information in relation to Raphael Rotstein is as follows:

Raphael Rotstein, aged 37, currently does not and has not previously held any directorships or partnerships in the last five years.

Raphael Rotstein is interested in 64.87 ordinary shares in the Company via his individual savings account, representing approximately 0.0004% of the Company's voting rights.
