Andrew Perloff, Chairman, said:

"Raphael has developed considerably during his time with Panther and has taken on increasing responsibility within the finance function over a number of years. He has a thorough understanding of both the Company and our business, and the Board is pleased to appoint him as Finance Director. We look forward to working with him in his new role."

Simon Peters, Chief Executive Officer, said:

"One of my objectives has always been to develop people within the business and create opportunities for them to progress. Since Raphael joined Panther in February 2017, I have worked closely with him and deliberately developed him with the aim that, if he continued to progress, he would one day be in a position to succeed me as Finance Director.  Over the past nine years he has built a broad understanding of the Group and has taken on increasing responsibility across the finance function. It gives me great pleasure to see him appointed as Finance Director, and I believe he is well prepared for this next step in his career.  I look forward to continuing to work closely with Raphael in my role as Chief Executive Officer and wish him every success in his new position."
