Membership of the Defense Industrial Base Consortium

Panther Metals Plc (LSE: PALM) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded membership of the United States Defense Industrial Base Consortium ("DIBC"), providing the Company with access to U.S. Government defence procurement and funding opportunities focused on strengthening strategic supply chains, including critical minerals.

The DIBC supports U.S. Government defence procurement initiatives aimed at addressing vulnerabilities within the defence industrial base, including through competitive solicitation programmes. Since its inception, the DIBC has awarded more than US$410 million in funding across a range of projects supporting the U.S. defence industrial base, including critical mineral supply chains.

Panther believes its Ontario-based critical minerals portfolio positions the Company as a credible candidate for consideration under future DIBC procurement and funding programmes.

Following confirmation of membership, Panther intends to actively engage with the DIBC and pursue relevant procurement and funding opportunities through the submission of proposals responding to critical mineral solicitations.

Darren Hazelwood, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"Membership of the DIBC represents another important step in positioning Panther within the U.S. Government's critical minerals procurement and funding framework.

Our ambition is significant. We believe the potential scale of our mineral assets warrants engagement at the highest levels of government and industry, particularly as North America accelerates efforts to secure long-term domestic and allied supply chains for strategically important minerals.

We have been encouraged by the dialogue taking place over recent weeks, and this membership provides a further opportunity to translate that engagement into tangible progress.

We are no longer simply identifying opportunities. We are positioning Panther to participate directly in the programmes designed to deliver them.

The foundations are now in place, and our focus turns to execution."
