Notice of Interim Results & Analyst and Investor Presentation

Pantheon Resources plc ("Pantheon" or "the Company"), (AIM: PANR / OTCQX: PTHRF) the oil and gas company developing the Kodiak and Ahpun oil fields on Alaska's North Slope, will announce on Monday 14 September 2026 a corporate update regarding completion of its 2026 seismic reprocessing project and ongoing farm-out discussions together with its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

Analyst and Investor Presentation: 5:00pm BST, Monday 14 September 2026 

Max Easley (Chief Executive Officer), Michael Spencer (Chair), Tralisa Maraj (Chief Financial Officer) and Erich Krumanocker (Chief Development Officer) will host a virtual presentation followed by a Q&A via Investor Meet Company at 5:00pm BST on Monday 14 September 2026.

The presentation is open to analysts in addition to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 4:00pm BST on Monday 14 September 2026, or at any time during the live presentation.
