The Board of PINT announces that it has published its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"). In compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.3, the document has been submitted today to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism | FCA. Printed copies of this document will be sent to shareholders today and a copy is also available on the Company's website at www.pantheoninfrastructure.com.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on 18 June 2026 at 10 Finsbury Square, 4th Floor, London, EC2A 1AF and shareholders wishing to attend should register their interest by emailing the Company Secretary at [e-mail].
