First Interim Dividend Declaration

The Board of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (the "Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce that it has declared its first interim dividend of 2.249 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ending 31 December 2026 (the "First Dividend").

The First Dividend will be paid on 23 October 2026 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2 October 2026 (being the record date for these purposes). The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 1 October 2026.

Notice of Half Year Results

The Company will also announce its half year results for the period ended 30 June 2026 on 23 September 2026.
