The Board of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (the "Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce that it has declared a second interim dividend of 2.173 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Second Dividend"). 

The Second Dividend will be paid on 24 April 2026 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 March 2026 (being the record date for these purposes). The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 26 March 2026.

The Second Dividend takes the total dividend payable for the year ended 31 December 2025 to 4.346 pence per Ordinary Share.
