The Board of Directors of Palace Capital announces that the Company share capital as of 31 July 2026 comprised 19,524,775 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in issue, with 3,633,880 Ordinary Shares held in treasury (which will shortly be cancelled). Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 15,890,895.

 

The above figure of 15,890,895 should be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
