PageGroup plans rebrand to Michael Page

PageGroup today announces its intention to rebrand as Michael Page.

As part of this rebrand, PageGroup plc (the "Company") is also proposing to change its legal name to Michael Page plc.

The rebrand reflects the decision to bring the business' services and solutions together under the Michael Page brand. As the organisation's most established and widely recognised brand, Michael Page has been selected to represent the business as a whole. The Board believes the unified brand structure will strengthen access to the business' broad range of specialist expertise across its global network and support its long-term growth.

Chief Executive Officer, Nicholas Kirk, said:

"The move to a single Michael Page brand creates a clearer and more unified proposition for clients, candidates and employees. It reflects how we operate as one connected business today and supports our ability to meet evolving client needs and deliver long-term growth."

The business expects to launch the Michael Page brand and associated websites on 20 July 2026. A further announcement will be made in due course when the proposed legal name change becomes effective.

Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the commercial rebrand or proposed legal name change. The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI will remain unchanged. The Company will retain the stock market ticker PAGE.
