2026 Annual Accounts Timetable

Summary by AI BETAClose X

PACSCo Limited announced that its 2026 Annual Report & Accounts, for the year ended 31 March 2026, will be published in October 2026, a delay attributed to the late receipt of approval from the Bank of Mozambique for the disposal of its agricultural businesses, which was finally obtained on 7 August 2026. Consequently, the company will not meet the AIM Rule 19 requirement for publication within six months of the year-end, leading to the suspension of its ordinary shares from trading on AIM effective 1 October 2026, with trading restoration conditional on the release of the accounts.

2026 Annual Accounts Timetable

PACSCo Limited provides the following update on its 2026 Annual Accounts timetable.

The Company now expects to report its 2026 Annual Report & Accounts (the “2026 Accounts”) for the year ended 31 March 2026 during the course of October 2026. The delay in publishing the 2026 Accounts is predominantly due to the delay in receipt of formal approval of the disposal of the Company’s agricultural businesses from the Bank of Mozambique, and its consequent impact on audit workstreams. This approval was finally received on 7 August 2026, and the audit is now advancing.

As a result of this delay, the Company is not able to comply with the requirements of AIM Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies, which requires publication of the 2026 Accounts within 6 months of the year end. Accordingly, the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 7:30 a.m. on Thursday 1 October 2026, with restoration to trading being conditional on, inter alia, release of the 2026 Accounts.

Notwithstanding the temporary suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary shares, the Company will continue to make announcements as and when there are any developments that require announcement in accordance with its obligations under the AIM Rules for Companies.
