In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R, the Company announces that, with effect from 1 July 2026, Nick Keher, Chief Financial Officer, will, in addition to retaining his existing responsibilities, assume responsibility for the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Operations functions following the retirement of Tim Cowper, Chief Operating Officer, on 30 June 2026.
