Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering, was notified on 14 April 2026 that Dr Ian Wilcock, Independent Non-Executive Director acquired 1,441 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares), at an average price of 47.9 pence per Share.

Dr Wilcock acquired these shares through his participation in the Company's Dividend Re-Investment Plan, and following this transaction, holds 22,685 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.020% of the Company's issued share capital.
