Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering, was notified on 9 December 2025 that Ms Zoe Fox, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares), at an average price of 43.095 pence per Share.

Following this trade, Ms Fox will hold 20,000 Shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.017% of the Company's issued share capital). Previously, Ms Fox had been granted options to acquire up to a total of 818,830 Shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital).  

Accordingly, following this trade, Ms Fox holds an aggregate interest of 838,830 Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.73% of the Company's issued share capital.
