Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the smart sensing and measurement technology group serving the life sciences, entertainment, engineering and manufacturing markets, confirms that the regulatory due diligence relating to Stefan Lampa’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer, as announced on 7 September 2026, has been completed. Subject to obtaining the right to work in the UK, Stefan will therefore be appointed to the Board of the Company with effect from 1 December 2026.

Stefan brings extensive international leadership experience in robotics, automation and industrial technology, with a track record of developing software, data and recurring revenue models.

In accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Jan Stefan Lampa, aged 62, holds or has held in the past five years the following directorships and partnerships:
