Oxford BioDynamics expands US commercial footprint through contract sales partnership with MK Commercial Group

•     OBD has entered into a commercial services agreement with MK Commercial Group ("MKCG"), a specialist life sciences contract commercialisation organisation, to initially deploy seven field-based sales professionals across the United States, with the ability to scale to up to 35 representatives as commercial demand warrants

•     The expanded sales force extends OBD's commercial presence into major metropolitan markets, including New Jersey, Washington DC, Virginia, Georgia, and the Chicago metropolitan area, that have not previously had dedicated field coverage

•     MKCG has an impressive reputation and track record of scaling laboratory diagnostic businesses from early adoption through to public markets

•     The partnership materially increases OBD's physician-facing commercial reach across the US without the fixed-cost structure of a fully employed sales organisation

Oxford, UK - 30 June 2026 - Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD, the Company), the international biotechnology company advancing personalized healthcare through precision clinical diagnostic tests and EpiSwitch® Orion, a cloud-based 3D genomics platform that transforms existing datasets into actionable insights for pharma and biotech partners, announces a partnership with contract sales organisation MK Commercial Group to extend its US commercial presence and drive growth of EpiSwitch® PSE. This agreement builds on OBD's established US commercial strategy of deploying independent field specialists in targeted markets, representing a significant acceleration of this strategy across a broader set of major metropolitan areas.

EpiSwitch® PSE is designed to bring greater confidence and precision to the prostate cancer diagnostic pathway. Current and accepted practice in the diagnosis of prostate cancer is to use a PSA test as a valuable first-line screening tool, but it is organ-specific rather than cancer-specific and approximately three out of four men with an elevated PSA result who proceed to biopsy receive a benign outcome³, exposing a significant proportion of patients to an invasive procedure unnecessarily. PSE addresses this gap by providing a high-confidence triage layer following an elevated PSA result. With a PPV of 93% and specificity of 97%¹, men with a high-likelihood PSE result can be prioritised for mpMRI and biopsy, while those with a low-likelihood result can be appropriately managed under active observation with periodic PSA and PSE monitoring, reducing unnecessary procedural burden without compromising clinical safety.

MK Commercial Group is a specialist contract commercialisation organisation with recognised experience and success in the commercialisation of diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The team has a demonstrated track record of scaling laboratory diagnostic businesses from early-stage private companies to publicly traded entities, including Berkeley HeartLab and Veracyte, and maintains a national specialty consultant network of more than 35 professionals covering all major US regions and clinical specialties.

Under the agreement, MKCG will initially deploy seven of its most experienced field-based consultants into defined US territories, with the flexibility to scale to up to 35 representatives as commercial activity develops. The deployment extends OBD's commercial presence into major metropolitan markets without prior dedicated field coverage, including New Jersey, Washington DC, Virginia, Georgia, and the Chicago metropolitan area. Representatives will work under OBD's commercial direction, targeting urologists, primary care physicians, and internal and functional medicine practitioners, alongside OBD's existing sales infrastructure and Sales Operations function based in Frederick, Maryland.

Michael Hellman, Co-Founder of MK Commercial Group, said:

"EpiSwitch® PSE is exactly the kind of test we look for, a genuinely differentiated diagnostic that solves a real clinical problem. We have been following PSE's development with considerable interest and are excited to now be bringing it directly to physicians. Too many men are undergoing invasive biopsies that could be avoided with better triage tools, and PSE's performance data makes a compelling case. We look forward to putting that case in front of urologists and primary care physicians across our territories."

Iain Ross, Chairman of OBD, said:

"Over recent months, we have been methodically building our US commercial presence through targeted independent contractor relationships, and the MKCG partnership represents a significant step-change in that strategy. MKCG has done this before with complex, differentiated laboratory tests, building revenue from early adoption through to scale, and that experience is directly applicable to where PSE is today. Initially deploying seven experienced field consultants across previously uncovered metropolitan markets, meaningfully expanding our addressable physician base, and the ability to scale the team further as demand builds gives us both the commercial intensity and the flexibility we need to accelerate PSE adoption. I believe that this expanded commercial footprint will support significant growth in PSE test volumes in the United States. The Company will provide further updates on commercial progress in its scheduled financial reporting".

About Oxford BioDynamics Plc

Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD) is an international biotechnology company, advancing personalized healthcare through precision clinical diagnostic tests and EpiSwitch® Orion, a cloud-based 3D genomics platform that transforms existing datasets into actionable insights for pharma and biotech partners.

Currently OBD has two commercially available products: the EpiSwitch® PSE (EpiSwitch Prostate Screening test) and EpiSwitch® CiRT (Checkpoint Inhibitor Response Test) blood tests. PSE boosts the predictive accuracy of a PSA test from 55% to 94% when testing the presence or absence of prostate cancer. CiRT is a highly accurate (85%) predictive response test to immuno-oncology checkpoint inhibitor treatments.

The tests are based on OBD's proprietary 3D genomic biomarker platform, EpiSwitch® which enables screening, evaluation, validation and monitoring of biomarkers to diagnose patients or determine how individuals might respond to a disease or treatment.

EpiSwitch® Orion is a cloud-based 3D genomics platform that enables pharmaceutical partners to transform standard sequencing data - including legacy whole genome datasets - into actionable discovery insights in hours rather than months. By revealing the genome's 3D architecture, Orion illuminates the 90-95% of disease-associated variants in non-coding regions that traditional NGS and GWAS approaches cannot decipher, bridging the gap between statistical associations and druggable therapeutic targets. The platform is supported by the world's largest curated 3D genomics knowledgebase, featuring over 1.1 million anchor points and 15 million high-confidence genomic connections validated across 15,000+ patient samples in 50+ diseases - a foundation built over nearly two decades that enables partners to identify targets, build predictive classifier models, and design precision interventions at unprecedented speed.

OBD's clinical smart tests have the potential to be used across a broader range of indications, and new tests are being developed in the areas of oncology, neurology, inflammation, hepatology and animal health.

The Group's headquarters and UK laboratories are in Oxford, UK. Its US operations and clinical laboratory are in Maryland, USA, along with a reference laboratory in Penang, Malaysia.

OBD is listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM (LSE: OBD). For more information, please visit the Company's website, www.oxfordbiodynamics.com,  X (@OxBioDynamics) or LinkedIn.
