Summary by AI BETAClose X

Oscillate PLC announced that its subsidiary, Serval Resources, has successfully completed its first exploration programme in the Kalahari Copper Belt on time and within budget, covering 56.7 line-kilometres of ground-based Time Domain Electromagnetic, Audio-frequency Magnetotellurics, and ground Magnetic surveys across licences PL231/2018 and PL082/2020. The collected data is currently undergoing geophysical interpretation and modelling, with results expected in Q1 2026, which will help identify potential mineralised horizons and guide future exploration efforts.

Serval Resources Completes First Exploration Programme

in the Kalahari Copper Belt on Time and on Budget

Highlights

·      Completion of all field work and data collection for three different geophysics programmes on the PL231/2018 and PL082/2020 licences in the Kalahari Copper Belt

·      The data is currently undergoing geophysical interpretation and modelling and the results will be available in Q1 2026

The Company is pleased to announce that it has completed the field work for three different geophysics programmes, being the ground-based Time Domain Electromagnetic ("TEM"), Audio-frequency Magnetotellurics ("AMT") and ground Magnetic surveys, on licences PL231/2018 and PL082/2020, part of the Kalahari Copper Belt project in Botswana. This work has been completed on schedule and on budget.

A total of 56.7 line-kilometres were completed between 28 November 2025 and 16 December 2025.  The data has passed all quality control checks and is currently undergoing geophysical processing, interpretation and modelling, before being reported to the Company in Q1 2026.

CEO, Robin Birchall, commented

"I am delighted to report that this work has been completed in such a short turn-around time. This reflects the Company`s capability to plan professional and technically sound field programmes and then to execute these programmes on time and on budget. I look forward to the results, which will provide the information needed to prioritise areas of interest within the larger Kalahari Copper Belt project and guide future exploration programmes on licences PL231/2018 and PL082/2020."

Interpretation of the results will assist the Company to identify three important exploration parameters for these two areas, namely;

1)   Expected thickness of the Kalahari (PL231/2018) and/or Karoo cover sequences (PL082/2020).

2)   Stratigraphic variations and structural features, possibly indicating the presence of the known Kalahari Copper Belt mineralised horizon: the Ngwako Pan and D`Kar formation contact.

3)   Presence of any conductors that might represent mineralised horizons.

The results will be announced in Q1 2026 once they are available.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
