Yesterday, 15 April, in connection with Orkla`s former option programme, additional 40,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 44.86 per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares is now 17,017,000. Orkla owns 7,801,233 treasury shares.
