In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that as at 30 April 2026, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 33,345,094 ordinary shares of no par value, with no shares held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 33,345,094 (the 'Figure').

The Figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
