The Company has been notified that a person closely associated to Mr Laurence Hulse, the lead portfolio manager of the Company, has acquired ordinary shares of the Company.

On 7 May 2026, 8,000 ordinary shares of the Company were purchased by Olivia Furlong, a person closely associated with Mr Hulse.
