Notice of AGM

One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content owner and manager which specialises in the active monetisation of music and video intellectual property rights, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 7 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Orrick, Herrington, Sutcliffe (UK) LLP at 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom.

A notice of AGM, together with the form of proxy, has been sent to the shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") today. The notice of AGM will also be shortly available for inspection on the One Media website, http://www.omip.co.uk/.
