Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, received notification on 25 June 2026 that Graham Bird, Non-Executive Director, purchased 107,123 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.8 pence per Ordinary Share on 23 June 2026, and that Littleroc Limited, a Person Closely Associated with Graham Bird, purchased a further 34,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.9 pence per share on 25 June 2026.

Following this transaction, Mr Bird has a beneficial holding of 141,123 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
