Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, that on 23 June 2026, Craig Foster, Chief Executive, sold 947,517 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 3.7p per share, and immediately repurchased 947,517 Ordinary Shares at an aggregated price of 3.7p per share into his SIPP. 

Following this transaction, Mr. Foster's interest is unchanged at 2,521,316 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.7 per cent. of Ondo's issued ordinary share capital.
