AGM Trading Statement

Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leader in claims prevention technology for home insurers, is holding its Annual General Meeting at 10am today. At the meeting, Chairman Mark Wood will address shareholders with the following update:

"Since releasing our full-year results to 31 March 2026 on 30 July 2026, we have continued to make progress across all four of our markets."

Active LeakBots reached 172,862 at the end of August 2026, up 34.8% on August 2025 (128,237). The USA led that growth, rising 65.8% to 70,748 Active LeakBots.

In the United States, further to the announcement on 22 June 2026 which stated Nationwide confirmed their intention to order a further 35,000 LeakBots, the Company is pleased to confirm an order for the 35,000 units has been executed. This is the largest order in our partnership so far and shows Nationwide's continued confidence in the programme.

Next week, our CEO Craig Foster will present with Nationwide at InsurTech Connect in Las Vegas. They will set out the playbook for getting measurable return on investment from Predict & Prevent technology such as LeakBot, showing how LeakBot is proven to reduce claim frequency by 60%.

Customer satisfaction remains central to our proposition. Our post-visit Net Promoter Score stands at a world class +84 average across all regions, based on more than 1,500 customer surveys completed between April and September 2026.

Looking ahead, we are focused on converting commercial momentum into growth in recurring revenue, deepening our existing insurer relationships and adding new carriers."
