ON THE BEACH GROUP PLC (the "Company") announces that, during the period between 07 September 2026 and 11 September 2026 (inclusive), it has purchased for cancellation (through Peel Hunt) Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange as follows:
