ON THE BEACH GROUP PLC (the "Company") announces that, during the period between 17 August 2026 and 21 August 2026 (inclusive), it has purchased for cancellation (through Peel Hunt) Ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary shares") on the London Stock Exchange as follows:
