PDMR Transaction

The Company announces that it has been notified that on 3 December 2025, Shaun Morton, Jon Wormald and Zoe Harris purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below at a price of 214.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These share purchases satisfy the deferral of 50% of the annual bonus for Executive Directors earned in respect of the Company's financial year ended 30 September 2025, as set out in the Annual Report and Accounts and as required by the Directors' Remuneration Policy. The shares are subject to a two-year holding period. Following these purchases, each Director's shareholding is set out below.
