MIGRATION OF OLD MUTUAL'S LISTING FROM THE ZIMBABWE STOCK EXCHANGE ("ZSE") TO THE VICTORIA FALLS STOCK EXCHANGE ("VFEX")

Reference is made to the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited announcement dated 10 July 2026 ("Prior Announcement") in respect of the migration of Old Mutual's secondary listing in Zimbabwe from the ZSE to the VFEX ("Migration").

All capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement, shall have the meanings given in the Prior Announcement.

Old Mutual is pleased to announce that the Migration has been approved and that trading in Old Mutual's shares on the VFEX will commence on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.

Shareholders are reminded that the initial price of Old Mutual ordinary shares at commencement of trade on the VFEX will be independently determined by the market via the submission and matching of bids and offers through the VFEX trading system (without the application of the VFEX's usual trading price limits). In line with the VFEX's usual trading mechanics, normal trading limits of 20% of the previous day's closing price will be applied from commencement of trade on the second trading day.
