Supplemental Announcement re Issue of Equity on 30 June 2015

Further to the announcement published by Octopus Titan VCT plc (the "Company") at 18.27 on 30 June 2015 the Company advises that the final allotment under the Offer for Subscription comprised 5,081,752 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares").  

As reported previously, the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is:  225,061,701 Ordinary Shares.
