Octagon Healthcare Funding plc ("Octagon" or the "Company") provides the following update in relation to the temporary suspension of the Company's £341,328,000 5.333 per cent. Guaranteed Secured Bonds due 2035 (the "Bonds") on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from 07:30 am on 1 May 2026 to 07.30 am on 13 August 2026. Effective from 7.30 am on 13 August 2026, Octagon confirms that The Financial Conduct Authority restored the Company's Bonds to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange as set out below.
