Directorate Change

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, Octagon Healthcare Funding plc confirms the following directorate changes to the Board of Directors of Octagon Healthcare Funding plc, effective 30 September 2024:

·       Alan Edward Birch will step down from his role as Nominated Director (on behalf of Semperian PPP Investment Partners No.2 Limited).

·       Louis Javier Falero will step down from his role as alternate Director to Alan Edward Birch.

·       Louis Javier Falero will be appointed to the role of Nominated Director (on behalf of Semperian PPP Investment Partners No.2 Limited).

·       David Robert Hardingham will be appointed to the role of alternate Director to Louis Javier Falero.
