Oberon Launches Global Thematic Equity Fund

Expansion of Investment Offering

London, 31 March 2026  - Oberon Investments Group plc ("Oberon" or the "Company") (AQSE: OBE), the listed boutique investment management, wealth planning, and corporate broking group, is pleased to announce the launch of its new global thematic equity fund, further expanding its investment offering.

The TM Oberon Theseus Fund will be managed by a highly experienced team led by Peter Martin, who joined Oberon from Odey Asset Management, alongside co-manager Toby Clothier. They are supported by Jake Bambridge, who oversees fund operations. Together, Peter and Toby bring over 70 years of combined investment experience and a long-standing track record in global equity markets.

The fund adopts a high-conviction, actively managed investment approach, focusing on a select number of global themes as the key drivers of returns. Typically structured around 5-8 core themes, the portfolio will consist of 50-75 stocks, with approximately 80% of holdings directly aligned to these thematic opportunities.

Key Features of the Fund:

·      70+ years of combined equity investment experience

·      Established long-term track record

·      Fund managers personally invested, aligning their interests with clients

·      High-conviction thematic approach to portfolio construction

·      Actively managed with no benchmark constraints (MSCI World is a comparator only)

·      Full autonomy for portfolio managers, with no imposed "house view"

·      Agile structure offering a liquidity advantage over larger fund managers.

The strategy is designed to provide long-term equity exposure with a focus on navigating an evolving macroeconomic environment, including inflationary pressures and changes in the tax landscape - particularly relevant given the current economic backdrop. At a time when the wealth management sector is undergoing consolidation and increasing standardisation, the fund aims to offer a differentiated, actively managed approach with the flexibility and liquidity advantages typically associated with smaller, more agile investment strategies.

This strategic fund launch marks an important step in Oberon's continued growth, reinforcing the Company's position as one of the UK's most ambitious integrated wealth management and investment groups. As the industry continues to trend toward commoditised investment solutions, Oberon remains committed to delivering differentiated, high-quality investment solutions for private clients and financial advisers.

Simon McGivern, Chief Executive Officer of Oberon, commented:

"The launch of the TM Oberon Theseus Fund represents a significant milestone for Oberon as we continue to expand our investment capabilities. Peter and Toby bring exceptional experience, a proven track record, and a clear, disciplined investment philosophy that aligns closely with our commitment to delivering strong outcomes for clients.

In an environment where many investment solutions are becoming increasingly standardised, we believe there is a growing demand for high-conviction, actively managed strategies. This fund reflects our belief in thematic investing as a powerful way to capture long-term global opportunities while remaining agile and client-focused."

END.
