Oakley Capital Investments Limited¹ (the "Company") announces the following transaction by a Director of the Company:

Peter Dubens, a Director of the Company, has transferred 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), from a nominee account in Mr Dubens's name to another nominee account in Mr Dubens's name, with no change to the beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares. As a result, Mr Dubens's interest in Ordinary Shares of the Company remains at 20,166,360, representing 12.14% percent of the issued share capital.
