Issue of Equity and Transfer of Treasury Shares

 

NYCE International Plc (AQSE: NYCE) announces it has agreed to satisfy an invoice for professional services rendered by an advisor in the amount of £3,900 through the issue of 15,692 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and the transfer of 10,308 treasury shares ("Treasury Shares"). The Ordinary Shares are being issued at a price of 15p per share and the Treasury Shares are being transferred at a price of 15p per share.

 

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AQSE Growth Market ("Admission").  Dealings are expected to commence on or around 5 January 2026.

 

Following Admission, the Company's total issued and voting share capital will consist of 10,357,597 Ordinary Shares. Following the transfer of the Treasury Shares the Company will hold zero ordinary shares in treasury.

 

The above figures may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
