Fundraising

 

NYCE International Plc (AQUIS: NYCE) is pleased to announce a fundraising (the "Fundraising"). £50,000 was raised through the issue of 285,714 new ordinary shares of £0.15 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.175 per Ordinary Share. The net proceeds from the Fundraising will be used for working capital purposes.

 

Application will be made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AQSE Growth Market ("Admission"). Dealings are expected to commence on or around 7 June 2026.

 

Following Admission, the Company's total issued and voting share capital will consist of 10,643,311 Ordinary Shares.

 

The above figures may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
