Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM

Further to its announcement on 16 July 2026, Northern Bear announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held as an in-person meeting at 1:00pm on 10 September 2026 at A1 Grainger, Prestwick Park, Prestwick, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE20 9SJ.

Shareholders, or their proxies, intending to attend the AGM in person are requested, if possible, to pre-register their intention to do so by email to [e-mail] by 1:00pm on 8th September 2026 and to arrive at the AGM venue at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the AGM, so that shareholdings may be checked against the Company's register of members and attendances recorded.

Any changes to the arrangements for the meeting will be published on the Company's website at https://northernbearplc.com/investor-relations/ and, where appropriate, announced by the Company.
