Northern Bear plc (LSE: NTBR), the AIM quoted group providing specialist building and support services headquartered in Northern England and serving customers across the UK, has been made aware that Mr D O’Hare, who previously held an interest in 3.3 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital, now holds an interest in less than 3 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital (in each case excluding treasury shares).
