Northern Bear (LSE: NTBR), the AIM quoted group of companies providing specialist building and support services headquartered in Northern England and serving customers across the UK, confirms that the Company will announce its audited results for the year ended 31 March 2026 at 07:00 BST on 16 July 2026.

Northern Bear is also pleased to announce that John Davies, CEO and Jim Waring, Interim FD will provide a live presentation relating to the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2026 via Investor Meet Company on 21 July 2026, at 13:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 20 Jul 2026, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
