REINSTATEMENT OF DIVIDEND INVESTMENT SCHEME

Northern 3 VCT PLC ("the Company") announces that, following a review of the company's future investment strategy, the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("DRIS") has been reinstated with effect from 1 February 2016.  It is expected that the next dividend payment for which the DRIS will be applicable will be the final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2016, which is scheduled to be paid in July 2016.

The Company has sent a letter to all shareholders today which provides further details of the company's future investment strategy together with notification of the reinstatement of the DRIS.  A copy of the letter to shareholders is available on the NVM Private Equity website at: http://www.nvm.co.uk/investor-area/n3vct/shareholder-communications-2.
