                                 Board Changes

The Board of Northacre announces the departure of Mr Simon Elgar as Finance
Director effective from 10 August 2004. Simon Elgar has been Finance Director of
Northacre PLC since his appointment in August 2002.

Manish Santilale, who has been Financial Controller of the Northacre Group since
1997 has taken over the responsibilities for the financial affairs of the Group.
