The Company announces that on the 28 May 2026, it purchased 26,290 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 380.85 pence per. The settlement date is 1 June 2026

Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital as at 1 June 2026 will consist of 127,738,710 Ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure of 127,738,710 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
