The Company announces that on the 23 March 2026, it purchased 24,000 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 0.5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 337.00 pence per share. The settlement date is 25 March 2026

Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital as at 25 March 2026 will consist of 129,275,000 Ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure of 129,275,000 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
